I’m a creative producer, director, choreographer, mentor and dance educator who began 25 years ago as a professional dancer. I’ve been able to blend my commercial successes and artistry into a wide range of work in film, television, music videos, tours and stage.

Growing up in small-town Pennsylvania, I studied classical training in ballet, modern, and jazz at an early age. I then graduated with a BFA from The Philadelphia University of the Arts and won a Joe Tremaine Dance Scholarship that transplanted me to Los Angeles where I’ve worked alongside masters like Michael Peters, Vince Patterson, Kenny Ortega, Marguerite Derricks, Nora Ephron, Tim Robbins, and Adam Shankman.

As Co-Artistic Director, Associate Choreographer and founding member of The Pussycat Dolls, I collaborated for 7 years alongside creator, Robin Antin, to build the foundation that launched PCD to the international pop success it is today.

A career highlight for me was my long professional association with PRINCE. That experience includes performing as “Darling Nikki” at the American Music Awards, NPG Around The World in a Day Tour and Los Angeles’ Erotic City Live Stage Show. Other credits with PRINCE include VH 1 Honors, Betcha By Golly Wow! music video and various performances at his Paisley Park compound.

My most recent venture is being the Creator of CHERRY BOOM BOOM. CBB has had residencies in Hollywood, Las Vegas and has been highlighted on Dancing With The Stars and featured in the Los Angeles Times.

As a choreographer, my credits include ABC’s Dancing With The Stars, Hot in Cleveland, Carnivale on HBO, Germany’s Next Top Model, Evil Knievel Rock Opera world premiere (nominated for LA’s Best Musical), Kate Hudson’s Fabletics LookBooks, the feature film ‘Free Ride’ and various television commercials. Associate Choreographer credits: Charlie’s Angels 2, Carmen Electras’ Workout DVD, Guys Choice Awards and music videos for Smashmouth and Barenaked Ladies. Other specialties include celebrity coaching with the likes of Susan Sarandon, William H. Macy, Gwyenth Paltrow, Anna Paquin, Christina Applegate, Cameron Diaz, Lucy Liu, Drew Barrymore, Valerie Bertinelli and others…

My professional dance career also lead me to experiences as an actress. I studied Commedia dell Arte and long-form improvisation with Los Angeles’ award winning theater company, the internationally renowned, Actors Gang under the direction of Artistic Director and Academy Award Winner Tim Robbins. Some of my stand out performances there include Marianne in Tartuffe, Sue in The Exonerated USA Tour, Madeline in Women of Lockerbie, Pristina in Carnage A Comedy, and Nina in The Dressing Room (Nominated for LA Weekly Best One-Act-Ensemble Award). My TV and film credits as a member of the Screen Actors Guild include numerous independent films, tv shows and commercials.

As a dancer, my numerous film credits include: The Wedding Planner, That Thing You Do, Showgirls, George of The Jungle, Inspector Gadget, A View From the Top and many others. On television: Married With Children, General Hospital, Scrubs, Friends, Hart of Dixie, Life in Pieces and others… Plus national commercials for Doritos, Pringles, Mattel’s Barbie, McDonald’s, RadioShack, Pepsi, and more.

I also teach dance. I teach master classes with individual dance studios around the country. And, as a full-time faculty member, I teach hundreds of kids all over America with Hollywood Connection Dance Convention and Competition where I’ve been a Faculty Staff member for over ten years. At HC, I introduced a professional prep Heels Class for dancers 14 and older, a “Go Pro” approach that teaches the skills it takes to bridge the gap from studio student to professional dancer. And at HC, I’m also the go-to Commercial Jazz teacher. I make my dance classes a fun yet challenging and inspiring experience that combine classic technique with performance vitality.

I’m currently a new project DANCE SOUL which is a mentor program for aspiring young dancers who want to deepen their artistry, illuminate their creative spirit, and thrive in the dance world. It is a mind, body, spirit course combining elements of dance and theater with a path to higher creativity. It’s dedicated to souls that live to dance.

I’m also a registered 200 RYT Yoga Instructor, Co-Creator of Inspired Women’s Retreats, and Creator of the dance-fitness program, STRUTFIT.com 

Dance is my passion! I love educating and motivating aspiring professional dancers, teaching the art form of dance and theater, and collaborating with uniquely talented individuals but more than anything I am inspired by the creative process and am a constant in developing new projects with style and flair.
